The location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions like Galata Tower, and my street-facing balcony room offered stunning views of Hagia Sofia and the lively streets below. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Ismail and Mr. Baris, who made me feel right at home. However, I did notice some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom, which could use more attention.

I had a lovely stay at the Royal Galata Hotel, where the friendly staff and excellent service really stood out. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Galata Tower and other key attractions.
